Whilst the story of our farm is young, our family history goes back further.
Our milk has always been used in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano; this is our objective as a dairy farm. Our high-quality milk produces the top-quality cheese.

Parmigiano Reggiano is exclusively made with the milk of our own cows. This maintains the consistent quality and unmistakeable flavour of our cheese.
Our barns currently house 630 heads of cattle, of which 300 produce milk; all of the animals were born on our farm.
A short supply chain within a micro-territory where every single step is coordinated by the same management team.
Using the milk produced on our farm, we process a maximum of 18 wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano per day.
Our hay comes either from our own farm or the surrounding area. We also feed our animals a small quantity of certified GMO-free cereals.
All of our calves are born in our barn and fed only fresh milk from our cows, never artificial milk.
Feeding our cows on hay throughout the entire year results in a product with a guaranteed exceptional flavour.
As producers, we have invested in the sustainability of our land by installing a 99.75 KW photovoltaic system.
We personally follow every stage in our haymaking process, to ensure our animals are provided with excellent quality fodder.
